Don't they just post pics of themselves getting fellatioed at sponsor parties? I've reached out to a few and gotten no replies or "I don't know what your talking about..." type answers when I'm talking traffic and sites.i like wafflesComment

IMHO, it never hurts to ask your sponsor rep what experience they have in the industry. On average, I think you'll find a lot of the "good ones" are webmasters as well so they know the issues that other webmasters face.
I know running my own sites has made it a lot easier for me to help folks over the years

It's too bad that I don't end up working with most the guys who would go above and beyond, mostly because of traffic mismatch with their programs... But guys who have struck me as being awesome to deal with are:
