Actually the new Metroid game is supposed to be good, as well as the Zelda game. There is also Resident Evil 4 if you haven't played the other versions.
Not much else on there that turns my crank. Mostly crappy mini-games. But I guess the chicks dig it! -

Rayman Raving Rabbits, especially if you have 4 controls and 3 friends
