Max Hardcore Asks Court to Permit Howard Stern Appearance

TAMPA, FL -- Many dream of appearing on the Howard Stern Show, but not all can make the cut. As Paul F. Little, best known as controversial director/performer Max Hardcore has discovered, sometimes it?s hard to get on the show even if you?ve been invited.

Little?s complication, of course, arises from the fact he?s currently one of the industry?s most wanted directors, as far as the Department of Justice?s obscenity hungry watchdogs rate such things. So wanted is the man known for dressing up young women until they look like scary, skanky, poorly color coordinated, barely legal, mentally limited hose bags that he is currently facing federal obscenity charges.

Since his case is still pending, Little must request permission to travel anywhere outside of his home district in southern California or the middle district of Florida, where the charges were instigated.

Since last month Judge Susan Bucklew granted Little permission to attend the Internext Expo in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, attorney James Benjamin is hopeful that the same largess will be extended so that his client can appear on the September 24th Howard Stern Show in New York City, NY.

Little tells the Tampa Tribune that he considers Howard Stern to be ?the voice of America? because of his outspoken nature and outlaw radio status. ?He moved on and he?s still standing,? Little observes, ?I consider the opportunity to get on his show? and tell my story really a wonderful opportunity.?
