Windows uses a file Called HOSTS in windows\system32\drivers\etc

Its from old days when you had to manually define SAMBA shares etc, or DNS values to IPs on old networks.

This allows you to route all kinds of http addys and keywords to bind to localhost so they never come up

I've found that by using Firefox, I design my pages using Firefox. When I have things the way I like them, I review them in IE and the pages look HORRIBLE! What a pain in the ass!

FF with seo qauke is annoying to miss out on when you are on other computers.
