It seems that no matter how someone goes about looking for work or whatever else they get looked at as some kind of idiot. What am I expected to do? Kiss some ass? Fuck that. Like I said, this thread was to find out who is hiring. What's wrong with that?

Show me ONE post by me in this thread where I said anything that you seem to be seeing.. Never saw anyone searching for work like me? SO asking what company is hiring and that they can contact me with the info is a bad thing?

no man, i just mean that if i am looking for work, i will post for sure some portfolio, cv, what job i am looking for etc ... i just readed first few posts and if i will have company, i will close this thread. you are looking for work, people are not looking for you. you have to sell your knowledge, and this wasnt the best way imho ;) :2 cents: respect and wish you best with your search as i said ;)

may not have been the best way, but if they would want more info they have an easy way of contacting me to get the info that they need. It's better to do that in private with no distractions. Ok, you may have done it differently, but that does not say that the way that I did it will not work.

I just like finding out what type of work they have and this way I can see if I have the qualifications/skills for it.

don't know if you have noticed, but the industry is in a downtrend right now

there is a LOT more free porn then ever, a LOT more competition , maybe a few companies still propping and growing these days.

a referall job wouldn't be my best choice of progress, thats only like a temporary income.

I understand that and I'm not really looking for a "refferal" type job. Sure, that can be involved, but not the main task.

and no the industry is not in a downtrend. Its actually growing everyday. Its simply everyone's piece of the pie thats getting smaller and smaller.

Good luck on finding a job mate. If you have almost 10 years of gallery experience, thats a pretty good start for ANY rep. Most reps I know don't know squat about submitting galleries.

Any company without alot of newb affiliates could benefit from an experienced gallery submitter helping out new guys getting started cause thats where alot of people start and make their couple first Gs.

The industry is booming, just think outside the box :1orglaugh

I agree with that 100%. Forgot to mention that I submit ALL my galleries manually. I know it would be faster with an auto submitter, but I just like knowing that it's done right the first time so manually submitting helps me make sure that it's done right. Plus, it takes me less than 1 hours and 30 minutes to submit my pic gallery, movie gallery and a pornstar gallery. Not that this is important in any way lol ;)

actually, looking at my work time text file it takes me less than 1 hour.

Yngwie has been a client of mine for a while and one of the most trusted people i know. he works his butt off and whoever hires him will gain a great asset. He's also very easy to work with and doesn't have to be pushed to do stuff.
