301 and 302 on my site stats????

I noticed this on a different site of mine, but today I was looking at my awstats on one of my sites and found a shitload of 301 and 302 traffic.... I never set up any 301 or 302 redirection on my sites at all

how could it be possible then???

here are my awstats for the site:

404 Document Not Found 68733 93.7 % 117.67 MB
302 Moved temporarily (redirect) 4466 6 % 1.76 MB
500 Internal server Error 119 0.1 % 292.32 KB
206 Partial Content 11 0 % 47.96 KB
400 Bad Request 7 0 % 0
301 Moved permanently (redirect) 7 0 % 2.64 KB
401 Unauthorized 5 0 % 9.16 KB

Any redirect through apache or php is obviously going to be 301 or 302, probably the latter for php. Could be some script you have running or htaccess rules for the script.
