graphic work injury

At my day job a fellow employee got his glove stuck in a conveyor chain it dragged his arm in a small guard which where the gear was located, it pulled and twisted his arm completely off, there where fingers laying on the ground from his free hand where he was trying to free his arm, he is alive but had to get his right arm amputated. The thought of it makes me tweak, not a good site

I was working in a restaurant and a dishwasher came on the hot line to clean mats and get ready for shift change and he slipped and fell and his hand fell into the fryer...when he pulled it out it looked a little swollen, then the oxygen hit it and it puffed and pussed and fizzled...was nasty as hell...he neded yup having to get 3 fingers and part of his hand amputated. He tried to sue but losty because he wasn't wearing the required no-slip shoes....

I've seen countless finger choppings and slicer accidents...

I probably shouldnt of posted it here, couldnt help it seeing that its hard to get it out of your head, after a few beers even more so. I cant see how some of the people who fought in those wars and seen the shit that they seen can even function, I would be cursed with nightmares. Maybe I am just weak

Here in VA a employee cannot sue his employer there is a set workmans comp for workplace injuries, not sure what they are though, I heard $20k for a finger, so maybe a entire arm is worth $200k.
