lots of birthdays
Britney stumbled around the stage like a drunken bear at the MTV Video Music Awards, and apparently forgot how to lipsynch even (she did manage to flash her snapper again enroute to an afterparty)
On the undercard, Kid Rock and Tommy Lee got in a wussy fight over Pam Anderson prompting a call for an end to white-on-white violence
A nude photo of that chick Vanessa Hudgens from High School Musical surfaced on the net
A meeting was held in LA for content producers (web and DVD) where a plan was developed to form a non-profit industry group to take on content theft
