Was it true your were actually 4 weeks late in delivery and they never used your sub par product in any manner as it was worthless?

                                                                                                                                                                          1.) you failed to deliver a good product in a timely manner
                                                                                                                                                                          2.) Mr Miller rejected your work and made the decision to not pay for a sub par product
