I just wanted to let everyone know the reason why I started this thread... was because I used to be what I considered fat. Six foot tall and weighed in at 260 pounds at my heaviest weight just under two years ago. Now I got my self down to 195 pounds and I am in the best shape I've ever been in (still trying to drop another 10 pounds) to reach my target of 185 pounds.

If saw this thread two years ago I would've told "yo!!" to GFY (even though I didn't have an account then)!

I hope this inspires some... to make a change...
