i beleive the whole thing was either:
1) a figment of our imagination - thus being called fantasy content wasn't so far from the truth.
2) a drone sent by the george bush admin. to suck funds from the industry
3) some crafty nigerian e-mail scammer that had us all fooled
4) all of the above. -
Nope. I asked at least 10 times for a simple link to download all my content. All she had to do was type it into ICQ. Instead I got asked if I wanted to buy more content or if I had any work for her to do. Simple for her to fix this in my case, but she didn't. Gonna see what I can come up with today.Comment

Yes, but some of the content she sold she did not have the right to sell, so getting it now would be of no use to you.
From what I have been told, and I do not claim this to be 100% accurate is that so far, if you purchased the Photo Gregg content, the Adult Euro Content or the 300 sets of tranny content (from five star content) she did NOT have the rights to sell them, so consider what you paid for the content a loss. You would have to work with those producers to buy the content from them directly if you still want it.
She claims everything else is "legal" although as of yet, she has promised but so far has not delivered a license for all of the other stuff, so it is all really up in the air.Comment

Oh, I write it off at least once a week and then she pops on and promises. It's been a few days. Gonna keep on waiting to see. I did convince whoever I sent the money to, to take it via Paypal. I guess I can look into filing a claim there if need be. It's only a few hundred bucks, I can hold out for some sort of resolution.Comment

I got everything, but I guess that was before it all went nuts. She sold TONS of gigs with content, so I can imagine some VERY high BW bills.

What surprises me is that in the online world we all pretty well accept our losses, but in the brick and mortar world we would be calling the police against a company that stole from us.
Theft is theft, be it robbing a store, mugging someone on the street or scamming them out of something. Yet online, especiall adult we tend to just call them out on the boards instead of going after them legally. From my understanding she had a lot of customers in Europe etc. that did not care if they had 2257 documentation and she sold them a lot of content. When you count up all of the poeple she either sold content to and didn't deliver or sold content she didn't have a right to sell, the amount of dollars she defrauded individuals and content companies is a pretty large sum of money....and yet, the worst thing to have happen to her it seems is that people call her a bitch and a whore. It just doesn't make any sense.Comment
