Spend it on something I normally wouldn't buy. One time I found a wad of $1 bills (now you have to ask yourself - was I stripping on the side or saving up for a trip to Chippendales?) and bought a Roomba with it. I got a rebate on a fridge, bought a new dishwasher because it was prettier and cooler than my old one that worked perfectly well

Damn, that dishwasher was almost 2 years ago and I think that's the last time I had any "found" money
