BootyReview, Some advice for the future, do a post to get people's opinion about the site first (you say it is loading slow can anyone else see the problem also), then when all the issues brought to your attention and they are fixed, then put it up for sale.

Everyone with different virus protection and browsers can tell you a lot about the site before you put it for sale and have egg on your face. once this comes up in the sale thread it gets labeled a scam, and you are fighting a losing battle.

If your number are correct and this little faux pas didn't happen, you probably would have gotten a lot more. That's my :2 cents:

Me, I don't buy sites anymore, I build them myself. I have found you never make what the original owner did. Soon as you move it to your server and the IP changes, you tend to lose all your SE traffic, links stop working, and other weird crap happens. God forbid the trading script goes down for a day, you lose your standing with every traffic partner etc.

P.S. I'd have other check your other sites as well. If they have the same problems, you may be losing a lot of money!
