Do DVD tours convert?

I'm thinking of starting 3 new sites, video/reality style tours all with DVD content, nothing exclusive.

All of it would be bought and encoded from here:
http://www.worldwidecontent.com/stra...ord=ALL+TITLES

Is this a waste of time? I've been told unless i have exclusive content it would be a waste.

But i dont think a surfer really knows the difference or cares as long as the porn is plentiful and the girls are hot.

any advice is appreciated.

thanks

Itīs not a matter of excluisive content, itīs a matter of marketing Some guys will even sell fridges at the North Pole, some will fail.

that's what i figured and am hoping for. i know i can market it right, i just want to make sure im not wasting time if surfers these days are insisting on only HD quality or something else. It's been awhile since ive had my own sites.

Good Luck. I think that if the sites look good and the promo material is top notch you will have no problem making conversions

Why don't you try making a couple of sites for AEN/AVS programs first? You would get a smaller % when compared to 100% your own sites, but it's less hassle and it's free to start (when going on your own you have content/hosting/scripts to pay etc).. Do a test and if your tours convert - go on your own (also with AEN sponsors you get some free traffic from them, and have a big salespoint in "total network access"..).. Just a suggestion

I've been doing good lately with ManiacPass.com (reflink https://secure.cashmaniacs.com/?wm=byot but I do have almost 50 sites there..
You also have pornaccess, deluxepass, xxxkey etc, pick any..

Regarding the AEN/AVS programs.. if you build a kick ass tour do you get a lot of traffic from the existing affiliates? or do they only work if you promote them yourself?

It's all in the packaging. Other than really really advanced porn surfers, a LARGE majority won't know exclusive from non-exclusive

Some of the biggest programs on the net use DVD content on their tours.

Surfers don't really know the difference for the most part, BUT webmasters do.

So where non-exclusive will hurt you is when trying to get affiliates to join your program. You can't give them content to build pages with (well very little content anyways) and with your FHG's and RSS feeds or whatever else you offer, there are alot of other programs using the same stuff, and the webmasters are likely going to choose the established program paying per signup as opposed to the newer program that's only paying revshare.
