Hey Elli,

Right now we are only taking submissions from the absolutely REAL amateurs. Solo girl sites qualify as "produced" porn in our book, so far now we are not accepting such submissions. However, we do realize that the type of traffic base we will be building up, might be interested in such sites, so we are already working on a section where the solo girls/house wives etc, can post submissions. More about that soon.

Steve

Alrighty! Well keep us informed :)

Also to further clarify, we don't have ANYTHING regarding fux.com located in US. Hosting is EU based, company and myself are EU based, and so will anything else related to the site.

The law is if you make money in the US(us traffic), you have to follow 2257. Now the reality of them putting fbi guys on plane to check your records is pretty slim.

That is strange. Where are you located. Thats something for Hans to look into. I just checked the Bandwidth graphs, and don't see any abnormalities over the last hours.

I'm in the capital of richest province in Canada - Edmonton. No video will play smoothly and I'd never bother with a site on whihc I click the video to watch and have to take off for two hours so a 2 minute video fully loads so i can watch it without interruptions...

The video would load faster if you put some ketchup on your fries. :1orglaugh

Hehe... I think this will happen, once the EU puts tax agents on planes to check US companies accounting records making sure they are paying value added tax (VAT) to the EU :thumbsup

I would like to introduce to you our latest project WWW.FUX.COM . We have developed this site over the last 11 months, and alot of time, work and money has gone into it. We are focussing 100% on the REAL amateur market, and tried to keep an eye for detail on every aspect of the site.

Took a peek - not alot of content, but so far I did NOT see any content which was clearly stolen... thats the way it should be :thumbsup

Good luck :)

Godaddy is US based, so is Verisign. Great site though and the moderators seem to be doing a good job.

haha, touché! I fucking hate having to hit up all the US companies we do business with to send me correct invoices for EU. (Invoice ID, Invoice date, amount, their info and my info). It's a pain in the ass.

I will seriously take a look at that, because right now we are nowhere near maxing out our hardware or bandwidth. If anything, the first thing most people say when i ask for feedback it's like, wow the site loads fast (e.g. no buffering for 10minutes), when actually im more looking for feedback on functionality of the site lol. So ill have to check if there is a routing issue to Edmonton.

I know what you are saying, but if some south african (just an example here, not trying to discriminate) makes up some funky ass internet law, and you get visitors from there, are you going to comply with it? I know we are not talking the same volumes here, as US traffic is obviously a big factor to keep into account, but the likelyhood of me getting trouble over some US law is small.

Actually as i was writing that last message stating strongly, "we have nothing US related" i thought about the domain being with Godaddy and actually put a reminder in my palm for monday to switch it over to a US registrar. Sorry for the ignorance, but what does Verisign have to do with us? Did a quick 30sec google and saw they provide SSL, but other then that?

Waaaaaaay too slow. Wouldn't stay for 10 seconds if I was a surfer. You need a better host....:2 cents:

Other than a few web2.0 mashups like the rss feed or 'add friend', I'm not sure what is so special about this site that separates it from the rest?

Also the functionality needs some work, as the video player is buggy and so are the search features. Did you consider using a 'pre-packaged' listings manager script?

Hey,

could you point out the problems you were having with the video player and the search features? We have been up and running for 7 days, so there might still be some small issues to be taken care of. Please help us pinpoint the problem you had so we can fix it :thumbsup
