I belong to freedom from religion I get their newsletter every month they have the black collar crime section. Its two pages and shows all clergy arrested,its full of low life scumbags who prey on kids.

Apparently the Justice Department is doing more than just checking our records, otherwise they never would have caught those CP fucks.

In fact, I would say the Justice Department is doing a pretty good job if they are making all of those busts in one day!

CP and child abuse is classless Mike - it happens at all levels of society.

Sure, the schoolteacher/preacher etc will get news, but they are probably in a minority in comparison to the numbers of real offenses - many of which will never be reported.

Who knows how much, but child abuse is inflicted by parents and can go on for years without ever surfacing - but often revealed when the victim is an adult and suffering from other mental effects. It's a really sad, vile and pathetic world when you realise what parents can do to their own children.

CP is after the horse has bolted - and obviously nothing in comparison to the offenses committed against children during the generation of whatever images. If anything is worse than a pedo - it's the swamplife who make a business in the production of CP. Damn - should be 30 years jail term - no parole and no appeals

Just yesterday here in Australia the police raided homes and found a group of people into this nasty shit. They included school teachers, preacher, child workers and loads of other.

I only wish we could really punish these people instead of feeding them and going them a place to live.

Maybe they are just the ones getting caught but I have been getting update daily for almost a year on CP arrests and news and the number of people who are teachers, clergy,LE or politicians, or coaches amkes up WAY over 90% of all arrests.

Now I wouldnt argue that family members make up a large number and that they rarely get arrested but if you look at the professions that do have an inordinately high number of arrests....its all people with easy access to children, people in positions of trust and that makes sense....If I want slutty chicks Im going to hang around porn conventions...If I want kids Im going to go where kids are...If you want an idea of what Im talking about subscribe to google alerts and use the words child pornography you are going to be SHOCKED at whats in your mailbox DAILY and who is doing it.

The DOJ is looking for the next Traci Lords, which was their one big porn bust. Ironically, the only persons wrong in the entire case was the State of California for giving her ID saying she was older than she was.

Yep and she also had a passport. A problem is also CP is considered to many the same industry as adult porn. I have google set up to email me all news with the word porn in it. You read the titles of some of these articles, man busted for porn on his computer and then in the body of the story you read its CP.

And thats why this industry needs a lobbying group, not an RIAA/MPAA-type group as has been suggested. With the right lobbyist, everything and anything is possible.

Sure... agree Mike. Most of the arrests probably do come from professions or active areas where there is likely to be children congregating - and unfortunately from professions where there is, as you said, a position of trust. Whether consciously or not, folks with deviant interests obviously are drawn to areas where children are present.

Got an LE friend who has been tracking a priest for at least four/five years. He committed multiple offenses against children and has been jumping countries during this time. Last contact - tho it may have changed since, was in Guatamala where he was known as a priest and, predictably, worked himself into a situation where he was "helping children" - another postion of trust scenario.

To be honest, been in adult for decades and anything to do with children was never on the table for discussion. It never seemed to have any relevance to the adult biz - tho the general public may now think both CP and the adult industry are in the same melting pot. Thinking back.... if anyone we knew ever engaged in CP activity, there are a number of people in the industry who may have considered more 'instant justice' with no need for LE or courts *lol*

Got an "education" into child abuse/CP around the late 90's when I asked an LE friend to explain what it's all about, how common etc, what it means to victims blah - and was introduced to a number of people working in this area, not just LE folks but medical (psychiatrists etc) and those involved in victim support. The thing with the biggest impact above all - was chatting to a few victims. It was like a bullet impact on the brain and will never forget those chats. I've stayed in contact with a couple of the victims and would not hestiate to help them in any way I can. One has very severe problems resulting from abuse and it's baggage she will probably carry all her life - a life ruined - very sad stuff.

BTW.. Some of this stuff can be hitting the area of extreme. Not familiar with the current status, and don't ask unless info is offered, but involves the "disappearance" or possible murders of children - LE "know", but they just don't have enough evidence for a court - yet, especially where the bodies have never been recovered. Conversely, kids have murdered their parents in relatiation for sustained abused over a number of years.

Re your comment about Google alerts and kinda related when it comes to keyword research. It's disturbing to see the volumes of engine searches relating to.. basically a deviant interest in children. Some of these terms match mainstream phrases and can even surpass them. If search terms are an indictor of a microcosm of society/civilization - shit, we got big-time servere problems.

Only my , but don't consider CP has anything to do with the adult industry - it is the result of abuse of children for often, monetary gain. Every aspect, from the "models", shooting of material, purveying this to sick elements of society - is clear-cut illegal, immoral and vile conduct by bottom feeders of the human race. Tho that implies disrespect to real bottom feeders who at least have a purpose for their existance.
