I personally believe that there will be a lot of places on the market after the Olympics.. So saving up some cash to buy those places at that point would be a good plan.

There's a lot of things to rip SoS on, but really... $1700 a month rent? That's what you pick to bash him on? Because he's renting? He is 21, self-employed, and paying a $1700 monthly rent. Anyone who says that isn't impressive is totally full of shit. I know many, many grown adults that don't own a home let alone can afford a $1700 a month rent.

My girlfriend pays $1,570 for a one bedroom 15 minutes outside of Boston. Any closer and she would be paying almost double....for a one bedroom.
