    Who has time to make me a Web 1.0 design?

    I want ALOT of Photoshop beveling in the logo text, a wide array of font colors, rainbow text possibly, also several instances of blinking text if you have those skills, and a really good MIDI song embedded in the page but no controls for the surfer to turn it off - I want my surfers to take the time to listen to Lionel Ritchie's Ballerina Girl - it will add to their surfing experience.
    Black background would be best with yellow as the main font color but if you can find a really sharp repeating tile graphic I am open to that.

    who can do that for a reasonable price and not flake?

              shit - i forgot that I need a way for people to contact me - so at the bottom of the page I require an animated gif of a spinning mailbox or something in a similar vein linked to my email address.
