Server side antispam software/script (Carpathiahost)?
I have several emails on a few domains on carpathiahost.com that I access through pop3. These days I am getting too many spam mails on them. Is there any server side antispam software that can filter these out to a reasonable level?

http://spamassassin.apache.org/ Spam Assassin works fairly well on my linux machine.
