:mad The US is an evil country where workers are exploited

CNN: U.S. workers: World's most productive

According to a U.N. report, workers in the United States lead the world in labor productivity.

GENEVA (AP) -- American workers stay longer in the office, at the factory or on the farm than their counterparts in Europe and most other rich nations, and they produce more per person over the year.

They also get more done per hour than everyone but the Norwegians, according to a U.N. report released Monday, which said the United States "leads the world in labor productivity."

Really doesn't surprise me when the whole "Live for work" mentality is becoming accepted across the board. To which of course I give a big to.

This is an interesting statement, especially since the US currently uses the entire nation of China for it's labor force.

One of the major reasons I left the US was to have the ability to get off the treadmill. I prefer to work less and live more. The rest of the planet seems to have the right idea.

horse shit...we use them to create cheap clothing & toys & cpu's for crap products

the Chinese make NO premium products at all.........zero, nada, zilch

china is our walmart....literally

have they closed our textile mills & tool factories? yup...but not for long

as soon as china pulls investments out of the u.s. market, we'll slap all kind of legislation on them & re-open our factories with our newly acquired legal Mexican immigrants

Too many workaholics in America as I see it, people here spend half their lives working, and the other half sleeping... for what? A tiny bit of free time in the middle.

The US isn't in any kind of position to "slap" anything on China The US economy depends entirely on them, from their foreign labor down to over 1 trillion dollars in foreign debt owed to them. Best to stay on their good side.
