I totally understand. this has been a great and amazing period in my life for sure. it's hard to explain to peeps that don't have this way of life and the opportunity for pussy how really unique it is.

now my dreams are moving me out of adult however the great experiences will last me a life time. best wishes and good luck with your dreams.

right now i want to get enough rental houses that i can live off the income. i'm very far away but im slowly progressing.

Nikki_Licks 09-03-2007 10:46 AM

I thought the homes in Jerome were still under the Phelps Dodge 100 year lease?
I was going to buy there in the early 70's but could only lease and would have to rebuild the existing historic house in three stages to obtain the 100 year lease.
Have things changed up there?

Good luck on your move. I don't think I could leave Jerome if I lived up there :)

O'ya they have !!

However what your talking about did not effect all of jerome always. The area known as Company Hill, or The homes along the boardwalk in the last 10 years now has full owner ship of there homes.

Now you have a chance to come to Jerome, who knows maybe you want to buy my place ?

I am talking with a buddy of mine right now that knows you. he said we will all have to go up there in the near future. I have spent many great times in Jerome and can say it is a fantastic place to live.

I use to go to the restaurant up there, I forgot the name now, but it use to be the old brothel for the miners and you had to make reservations 6 months in advance to get in. I also spent a week above the town bar in the rooms they rent.

mattz 09-03-2007 11:04 AM

sounds awesome, good luck with everything

Nikki_Licks 09-03-2007 11:10 AM

Hey Ram, if you don't mind me asking, what are the homes going for up there?

I forgot to tell you Cole said hello. They were just in Jerome. He said his phone was having problems, could not reach you and we would all take a trip up soon :)

Best Luck!

Well, I also plan to move, nowhere early, and probably the other way, I would probably choose to spend some time in Calfornia or western Canada, and I would like to learn how to ride a chopper someday.

Then once I would have enough capital, I would consider moving to southern America to do some biz over there because one of the best friends of mine should be there already at that time and I promised to partner with him.

Would need to visit home regularly and might return back someday, am sure I would miss my family and a couple of those, who I still believe are good people and friends after all the years.

All plans depend on whether I would also succeed to get the right lady though, not against settling down just I am sure it ain't easy with me.

bufferover 09-03-2007 11:33 AM

Good luck dude ;) Hungary is probably the best Eastern Europe country
