Looking for serious business partnership

Hi everyone,

I am a web developer with many years of experience, but I have never experimented the adult industry. I have been documenting myself a lot lately and understand the fundamentals of how this industry works (TGPs, paysites, affiliates, etc.) Also, I need some tips about online payment processing (I know a lot of paysites work with ccbill, but I'm not sure if it is the ideal for me).

I know a very cute 18 years old girl that is willing to shoot some content. I can build a paysite from A to Z (graphic design, web integration, programming), shoot videos/photos of her and host everything on my dedicated server.

What I am looking for?

Someone who has some experience in the adult web industry, who could basically help me with marketing - getting some traffic (gallery submissions, advertisement, affiliate program, SEO, etc.).

so you are bringing what to the table?? some design skillz and a bit of programing knowledge?? I would say that would be worth 20-30% AT MOST of a profitable adult partnership... unless you have other skills, (i.e. business, video, editing, production, schmoozing...and yes schmoozing is an important part of the adult industry.)

What exactly are your goals? Your post suggest a single paysite and only 1 model. Will there be other models and if so will you recruit and shoot them and can you do it consistantly?

You need to post more information than "I can build a kick ass website so I will rule the porn world" - if you want to find a golden ticket that is

ProjectNaked, you're 100% right. However, I have never pretended to be worth anything and I do know that starting a successful paysite requires much more than the web dev. skills. What I am looking for is an interested contact to discuss with and EVENTUALLY build a successful partnership. By the way, "some programming skills" isn't very accurate: I am a very experienced web programmer and have worked on many important mainstream projects in the past. I don't want to name any biz here, but among the list figures some banks and gov. associations. I do also have some other skills or, to be more accurate, resources: my partner is a prof. cameraman / photographer and is ready to start shooting anytime, I own a dedicated server and have some great innovative paysite concepts. Now, I already hear you say: Why the fuck are you asking for a partner if you pretend to have everything it takes. Well, the truth is that I am not familiar with the marketing/business side in this industry and only have few contacts.

Finally, I can eventually find some other girls willing to shoot content as I am oftenly in touch with 18-19 yrs old cuties ;)

you do realize you need a minimum of 1 new girl each week? My best advice is keep gathering information from as many sources as you can. It also helps to do "favors" for people in the biz, (i.e. cut them deals on designs, buy them drinks, give them leads...etc) Adult is one of the hardest industries to crack and takes either lots of cash or lots of schmoozing. Most importantly, if you don't enjoy it and are only here for the money you might want to cut your losses now. I'll keep you in mind for the future and hopefully I'll see your success story somewhere down the road. good luck

It sounded like he was more into doing a solo girl site, so he doesn't necessarily need so many girls. That could theoretically work if the girl is really hot, she has great personality and he is able to figure out online adult marketing or pair up with someone who does, *and* he has money to spend on building his business. Of course, that is a lot of ifs and a lot of hard work...
