I see the domain is less than 1 year old (Created: 2007-04-28) which means its still google sandboxing so that position may not be around for much longer. Please provide a price.

Its had the listing for several months (atleast since august), I dont see this being an issue as long as the new owner doesnt make any drastic changes.

I've had atleast 5 people email me about this site so far and NONE included an offer, everyone just wanting to know how much...
