    1st serious attempt to quit smoking...

    I gave up on the fifth day, it sucks I know, buy I'll give it another try tomorrow, any tips?

    I smoke around 15 cigarettes daily. Any tips I could use?

              Get a girl that you really love that hates smoking. It always works for my friends.

                  Did try before dressed as a clown with a squirty flower or something ?

                      The other times I just said 'I'm quitting' but the next morning I was smoking like a bitch again. That's what I was talking about.

                          I quit for nearly 3yrs but then started again last yr.
                          How I quit the first time was cold turkey BUT I had a stash of
                          lollipops to fight the oral fixation and gum to keep my mouth occupied.
                          LOL
                          Maybe try one of those 2 things.
