    Something i dont get about Torrents......

    Say i want to download like Transformers or something out in theatres....

    K its a huge file , now i was fucking around and i see that it will take like days or infinity to get it all......

    the seeder leecher i finally got to understand.

    So basically people got PC's dedicated as "peers" just so people can D/l?

    And who has patinece to wait that long to d/l anything'???????????

          Seeders are the guys who have the full file and are sharing it. Peers are the people who are downloading it and sharing it at the same time. Leechers are people who are downloading, but aren't uploading anything.

                  the longer you are on the better your share ratio is and the faster your download speed gets

                  usually you can get something like that in a few hours if you know the right trackers
