creating a forum to discuss illegal drug usage....thoughts?

Im a member at a norwegian forum witch has a subforum for illegal substances. Im not real into drugs so I mostly check out the other parts of the forum.

The ppl in the Drugs subforum seem to discuss almost everything drug related there like where to get the drugs, prices and effects.

Alot of them post "trip reports" after trying something new or rare.
A few recent topics: "sitcky pot?" "trying ecstasy for the first time" "Tripreport: Norwegian Shrooms on top of the world"
The last one actualy about a guy bringing some shrooms from Norway to Tibet ^^

Just keep the language in the forum general. No names, times or places and you'll be fine. Alsos et a strict ruleset about what is allowed on the forum. (like no dealing and a notice about resposibility)

There was a guy in Ohio that ran a car forum and was charged with violating the fair housing act because in a forum conversation, he posted that he wouldn't ever rent one of his rental properties to a minority. You'd think that the discussion of illegal drug activity for the purposes of rehabilitation and recovery wouldn't be a problem, or else they could bring spies into Narcotics Anonymous or Cocaine Anonymous and bust a ton of people. Stupid laws -- why drug usage is against the law and not simply a health and social wellness issue is completely beyond me.
