please find a nice long rope and, a chair.

Make a loop on the rope and put your head through it.

Tie the rope to a high point make sure that when you stand on a chair with your head in it it's a bit dangly but not more than max 20 cm.

Now stand up on the chair and hop off with the loop around the neck.
