    Would you promote a paysite using Verotel.com?

    From what I have read here, some of you wouldn't promote them from past experiences, although I don't what those reasons are.

    So would you promote a paysite using Verotel.com payments?

      I do not see why not, verotel has been around for a long time. However CCBILL, paycom/epoch sites convert better as most people who use verotel use a system called tickets club

                              We use Verotel for our paysite and program. They process way more sales than CCbill etc so our affiliates make great money...

                                      The verotel affiliate admin interface is horrible. Figuring up our how to link is cumbersome and god help you if you forget your secret key.

                                          Verotel has a decent system, I feel they bill/rebill better than CCBill.

                                          My biggest hesitation to promote Verotel sites are the sponsors themselves, many use Verotel as a cheap entry into the market before switching to CCBill. It seems that half the sponsors I have tried to promote via Verotel switched billing without notice, something that really pisses me off.

                                                          Probably not. Promoted a couple. Found the interface cumbersome, as was pointed out. Asked a support question about whether I had multiple accounts or merged ones, as I couldn't tell from their system and was having a bit of trouble with it, and they told me they could close account per my request, which was completely not what I asked. I've never received a Verotel check.

                                                                      Sure... been using them for... dunno, but a good number of years now and they have kept to their side of the deal and wired funds with no problems.

                                                                      You could find moans about the webmaster interface, but appreciate the more relevant positive side - examples - EU debit card billing, adjustable signup pages with whatever currency and the fact there is a degree of protection in their biz model to secure client funds in event of any problems with Verotel.
