About a year and a half ago I tried to launch a solo girl paysite, www.playwithparis.com - before doing so Spunky had an interest in the model and offered to pay me for her instead of me making the site.
I declined, however after launching and running the site for a couple months I decided to sell the site to him.
The deal was to receive 10k upfront and another 10k as it is accumulated from the site's revenue at a rate of 50%.
Spunky was nice enough when he flew Paris and I to his place to do the deal, and trusted me staying there for a couple of days, pretty much unattended, even though we were pretty much strangers. I of course obliged by not causing any problems as a guest of his home.
Everything went well there and I went home with my 10k.
It is now a year and a half later and I still have not received 8 of the additional 10k that he was supposed to send me. My mistake for making a kind of deal like this, even though we have a contract written and signed, and it's been nothing but a pain trying to contact Spunky about it. He ignores me and basically avoided the situation for over a year straight.
I stopped bugging him for awhile, but it's now been a year and a half and I still haven't received anything. Also - I sold the website to Spunky with Paris in mind because since the site wasn't doing so great when I was running it, I thought allowing her to work with someone more professional and established would be a better experience for her. Not the case - the site ended up making less and Spunky has also been extremely shifty in the way that he pays (or lack of payment) Paris.
So just a warning to anyone getting started, or anyone that is a little too trustworthy, don't make the same stupid mistake I did of dealing with a shady dude like Spunky unless you get everything you're asking for upfront.
Also, if anyone has any advice of what I could do about this I'd be glad to hear it - I still have the original contract we both signed a year and a half ago.
