Getting links to tours indexed with his/her refcode.

What he said. Occasionally I'll link text in a post to a page I built myself, but very rarely to a gallery. I try not to give away too much and stress text over giving 4-5 clips from a FHG

Intricate 08-25-2007 10:28 PM

i write them all manually... RSS usually sucks

jonesonyou 08-25-2007 10:29 PM

I though Writing in your blog posts was what you do when you have nothing else to do. ?

amateurcanada 08-25-2007 10:44 PM

I write everything - but do you care? lol

hentaibee 08-26-2007 01:13 AM

genuine posts work best for me.
example:

Oh Baby Bing me one more time…Carmella Bing is on fire

Ok, admitted, I am not that witty with making Spears’s songs into post titles.
But this is definitely an appropriate title concerning how hot and horny Carmella Bing bangs (can you say that 10 times in a row flawlessly?).

She is back with the famous juggcrew for another movie at BabyGotBoobs.com
This lady got it all, killer rack and big luscious bubblebutt.

So Carmella, go ahead and please Bing us one more time.
Chitty Chitty Bing Bing Choooo Choooo :) (*yours truly does a train movement with his arms in robot motion*)

Okay, I suck at any kind of breakdancing, so just take the samples and dont blame me for the stains on your keyboards.

Essentially yes, but I just wanted to exemplify for people exactly what I meant - some blog writers will turn whole phrases or paragraphs into hyperlinks, whilst others will randomly dot them around on random words.

Finike 08-26-2007 07:28 AM

My most successful blogs are all handwritten

Rui 08-26-2007 08:15 AM

REAL bloggers write all their posts, now if you (like most people here) are aiming for other things...

What is the objective of running a blog? To make money of course. A real blogger makes money. A hobbyist writes his own posts without regard to the amount of time it takes. If you take the time to write every one of your posts, you are a hobbyist.

RawAlex 08-26-2007 09:40 AM

I write my own for my blogs, and then I syndicate in more stuff from sponsors and stuff, and mix it all together into a soup. Controlling the mix is important :)

hentaibee 08-26-2007 09:42 AM

The first and foremost objective is telling people about the news in the niche and sharing your fetish, just like with a proper mainstream blog. 80% of sales are generally based on the emotions you manage to convey to prospective customers.

Glad you see things that way!

Mainstream real bloggers would love to read some comments like the above. :thumbsup

Oh good ... I've always wanted a hobby.

Pornwolf 08-26-2007 05:29 PM

I write my main blogs. My other blogs have feeds.

You would be foolish not to do both if you have multiple blogs.

Nicky 08-26-2007 06:06 PM

Blogs are teh evil

Drake 08-26-2007 06:23 PM

Nope. Just like my GFY posts. It's all done by outsourced child labor.

The lady knows what she's doing! When you hand write the posts your blog can usually be entertaining enough to get bookmarkers so linking to a gallery is unnecessary.

Avoid gallery linking as much as possible. Direct to on blog samples or to the tour only.

Yunno Matt, you aren't as insane as everyone has been saying! Thanks. :winkwink:

beta-tester 08-26-2007 11:57 PM

What about linking thumbs to the gallery? Is this a waste of time too? I'm guessing I wouldn't want to link straight to the sponsor from the thumbs. Bit of a blind link really.

Still learning this stuff :Oh crap

I was going over this with a friend today, I think linking to both works well. Because if your just linking to a paysite, chances are the person has seen that paysite befor, now galleries are different and unique if you got the gold! Letting someone see more of a person your promoting sounds like a better deal, than trying to get them to sign up off of one single picture.

I'm looking for people to help me write/upload images to my blogs. (mainly uploading images with some writing)

Anybody interested, please PM me for more info.

I write everything myself. RSS feeds would be easier, but I think it makes it more 'personal' or 'realistic' to the visitor and more friendly to the search engines.

AnneT 05-25-2008 01:41 AM

I suck at blogs but I think I'm getting somewhere with them. The are a couple of good sponsor feeds but really, it's only the handwritten posts that make sales. I've written a few myself, and I've bought some too.

gadabout 05-25-2008 02:13 AM

99% feeds
It is impossible to update by hand thousands of blogs.

what he said. but whats diz blog zing?

crockett 05-25-2008 03:06 AM

I have about 30 that I write my own posts on.. Then about 50 RSS fed blogs that I just set up.

SilentKnight 05-25-2008 04:06 AM

I write them on table napkins and then once a week have a worker in Indonesia transcribe them for $0.35/hour.

jay23 05-25-2008 07:44 AM

What is the best software to subscribe to a RSS feed, edit the content and then publish it back ?

CherryV 05-25-2008 11:50 AM

I try to write when I can but mostly rss fed... Trying to change that though... This is an excellent thread good stuff in here. Cheers

jscott 05-25-2008 12:56 PM

I write all my own, but hate it, boring job, I'm looking for a writer actually hehe
