Just filmed POM and Nickelback tonight in Charlotte.
I'm the video crew for Van Halen in Sept 27th, will be providing footage to MTV and VH1, can't wait, got The Cure coming up too.

OZZ FEST footage will be posted in a few days.

At any rate, anyone like pom?

Heres a video for you to look at, compression was very very high, it was shot in high def so to get it onto the net we compressed it almost 87%. These are just snippets put together. Original video was for 1080i. This was a 7 camera shoot, but only 1 camera is shown (My own) Uncompressed it is broadcast quality GIGS in size, this one is only 80megs or so, this same video is being used on MTV for a behind the band look at Puddle of Mudd. YouTube fucked the sound all up but it's "acceptable" for web use. Original Audio was through the master on the sound board.

Filmed with a JVC HD110U.

We sat around drinking beer after the concert. Fun guys.

Earlier Frank404 was in here saying how bad my filming was, well, let's let you be the judge. I must be doing something right after all these years to be able to keep filming concerts. Frank404, stick to your wedding videos...

Will post the VanHalen after we film it, it's on Sept 27 so a month away.
Already started planning the crew for it and walked the venue earlier today with the arena staff.

Yea, I'll admit, I've done them, my lowest rates start a little under $12,000 for a 8 camera setup. I film for priveledged clients.

I'm too old and too fat for rock concerts. lol I cant imagine how warm it must get, my friend shoots nascar with a betacam on the hot track and he broils.
