I will pick up some ginseng for (energy and memory?) and a good multi purpose type vitamin. I should be the most healthy person in the world after all of that. Don't take 1 multivitamin...take like 3...i've been doing it almost every day since I was 18 and I've aged pretty well.

I take GNC's Mega Man Sport along with a few supplements Omega 3 fish oil, odorless garlic, and cranberry.

3-4 apples every day, switch to green tea (instead of black tea), and "Centrum" in the morning with a couple of glasses of orange juice :thumbsup
