Not a milk drinker either.

I ordered the ultimate reds for my vitamins, and fish oil for my heart / triclycerides. I will pick up some ginseng for (energy and memory?) and a good multi purpose type vitamin. I should be the most healthy person in the world after all of that.

I am mainly looking to try to take better care of my body. I don't eat garabage but I don't eat healthy either. I watch what I eat but many for saturated fat and cholesterol. I stay away from most "junk" and anything high in sat fat.

Don't take 1 multivitamin...take like 3...i've been doing it almost every day since I was 18 and I've aged pretty well.

I take GNC's Mega Man Sport along with a few supplements Omega 3 fish oil, odorless garlic, and cranberry.

organic cows milk tastes wonderful. i have a glass everyday. choco soy milk does _not_ taste like choco milk. no way, no way no way. soy milk is gross. :repuke

it's unclear if vegi-supplement pills better or equal to eating real vegi's. it is clear that real vegis (not pills) are better for health. no one knows why. one theory is the fiber. another is the health of the green chemicals and flavonoids in greens/fruits. however, those chemicals can be taken in a pill. but again, those who eat the real thing seem to fair better in the long run. but diet studies are very complicated with many, many variables.

who knows.
but we do know that reducing the amount of processed foods while consuming more fruits/veggies is better for health.

3-4 apples every day, switch to green tea (instead of black tea), and "Centrum" in the morning with a couple of glasses of orange juice :thumbsup

Most important: Exercise. Pills can't help you with that.

just energy. however, a simulated body can lead to a simulated mind.
anyway, i am a small man so i prefer the softer ginseng called 'euthero" or "siberian".

flax oil is good I hate taking fish oil because you burp fish 30mins later its rouhg
