Dunno about BMO, but when I went to Finland I was able to use my Royal Bank debit card to take money out -- all I had to look for was an ATM with the PLUS logo showing (PLUS is Visa's international ATM network). Look at the back of the card.. does it say anything like PLUS or Maestro?IntegralPay LLC | www.integralpay.com

Canadian debit cards aren't visa or mastercard, they're Interac (a Canadian PIN-based purchasing system and ATM card)... but they do play nice with visa and mastercard's ATM networks as well as other interbank networks.
