    PrimeOutsourcing - Reason Why You Do Not Answer Emails or IM`s ?

    I can only imagine which of 1000 excuses you have, but by ignoring my emails and attempted tries on multiple IM channels does not help your position.

    Since pm`s, emails, and ICQ does not work well with you... lets go public shall we...

    I paid for 3 months of professional webmaster services for my mainstream projects.
    My problem with you is , 1/3 of sites done were incomplete and contained stolen copyright content.
    Since being made aware of this after served with multiple letters of legal action, I am seeking a partial refund from you...

                  We will review your refund request as soon as you have answered back. It seems the contents you're referring here are mainstream photos found on Google that was used in some of your adword sites. Our staff worked on your project around Sep-Nov 2006, I have to dig old records and talk to our people involved.

                  Have you tried calling our phone numbers before bringing this issue to the boards? Our phones are working fine.
