I think Ontario is very anal about the age thing, even my older friends at 27-28 get carded. Getting thru the age check is much tougher in Ontario since one person found under 19, and the bar is usually shut down for 1-4 weeks completely and a sign is put in your window stating that this bar allowed a minor into their premises, bla bla. Basically they try to ruin your rep if the bar is busted. In Quebec, easy as hell. Never carded.
