What's the Best Proxy Software to use?
I've used phproxy and looked at cgi-proxy. There has to be something better. What is it?

Maybe a google search could help?
There are many free/payed Proxy services for specific needs: HTTPS, SOCKS4, SOCKS5, proxys from specfic countries like: US, CA, Europe. If you give me more details maybe I can help you.  Peter
