I've dropped a bunch too but none that dated back that far.

I wish I would have gotten in earlier but at 18 and a broke freshman in college in 2000 $25 at register.com was pretty expensive. My next one wasn't registered until 01.

I would have registered a domain in 1997, but my parents didn't have an international credit card I could use. I registered the .net with the help of a brazilian hosting company.
