Yeah this happened a little while ago. I haven't been able to get thru to NATS. I changed an email address in the configuration admin and when I saved the settiing the whole system went on lock down.

I have been trying desperately at NATS ever since.

I submitted a trouble ticket with severe in the title, but no response yet. The telephone number goes to voicemail. And all ICQ support is offline.

It's all good now. Was just down for a very brief bit. Apparently someone over at NATS was having too much fun and put one of the gerbils that was powering the system up his ass. Go figure. ;-)
