It seems there's a lot of wiggle room in the application process. They only suggest you adhere to them when signing up, and, in fact, don't even mention them as a suggestion for "Adults Sites" or "Adult Dating Sites" in their "Best Practices."

D, all the reason things like this will make ASACP irrelevant and some family values group will use their bedfellows against them without much difficulty. They may be seen as existing for the purpose of getting paid or payoffs and unnecessary while CyberTipline.com exists.

ASACP is aware that their sponsors fund sites on whose pages that CP is also distributed. They (AFF) have acknowledged as such right here on this forum. Their response was that they are working on a plan of action, so that they can continue to sponsor these sites while just not appearing on pages that contain CP. Isn't that incredible? The appropriate action you would think would be to act swiftly and distance themself from these sites who are in violation of their "code of ethics." Obviously, money is the primary factor and CP distribution and association with is secondary or worse.

This is the ASACP of 2007. Quite different I assume from the ASACP in previous years.

Brujah, when they changed what their name meant, ASACP went from being a focused group with a real goal to a straight up political vehicle for a select few people.

Apparently those making the donations can also have policy adjusted to suite them. The old ASACP would have had nothing to do with a company that has obviously connections to those who willingly distribute all sorts of illegal and pirated material, including CP.

Then again, the FSC is forming up a piracy group, not more than a couple of weeks after Lars set up a matching funds donation deal with them. I am impressed at what appears from the outside to be his attempts to buy the agenda of the adult business.

On EVERY SINGLE page you will find at minimum 2 or more AFF banners. Anyone who clicks these banners and buys a membership to AFF makes AFF money. AFF then takes this money and gives it to the ASACP. Do you see the issue?

ASACP said they have a ZERO tolerance policy, if i go to a page with these terms on them, and these videos and then click any of the VERY large banners on the page I see an ASACP button on the AFF page. Isn't that a bit fucked up?

The fact that ASACP does not return e mails when asked about this, that they will accept this money and not find it to be just a little wrong speaks volumes.

These links are from just one torrent site, I can go to a variety of other torrent sites, dozens of them, and tube sites that all feature AFF, have all featured AFF for months and months. We pointed out this issue to them well over 6-7 if not more months ago, and nothing has happened.

How is this right?

Keep in mind there is also an AFF banner on the right side of the screen and on most pages one at the bottom. So 3 different banners which more or less surround these search terms.

Unfortunately it's a reflection of an element of swamplife within the online industry. There is no level some will not stoop to to earn a dollar.

This industry will screw itself simply because of the ease of entry. It has already done a shitty job since the start, ranging from telecoms abuse/fraud on dialers to content theft. Many of these areas were profitable, but have since been abused by leeches - and, most probably this will continue at a higher rate.

So if there is real CP on the site (never looked nor am I interested in finding any) why are you not reporting it to the authorities and having the site shut down completely? Then no ads can be shown no matter whos sponsoring the site - law enforcement has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy and it means taking the server first and asking questions later...

Now how easy is that, or are we just stirring up drama where there is nothing anyways?
