1) In civilized society - NO.
2) Here at GFY - YES for sure! It happens almost everyday when some scumbag has no arguments, he/she is starting to laugh on English of his opponent, calling him an idiot if that guy makes a typo like "<a noun> IS sux" or something like that. That's a very "professional" approach :2 cents:

P.S. English is not my mother language + I'm used to make a lot of typos in my messages.
