I have a typein domain that does about $400/yr just sitting there. No promotion at all other than a few old link trades and I want to sell it and use the money for another project.

Yes, mostly SE even though not a lot of volume, it does Ok I think. I wish I'd have put analytics on it a month ago for a better picture.
