Help installing UUGallery..??

    Help installing UUGallery..??

    Ok so we bought a copy of UUGallery yesterday to tinker with on one of our new blogs.

    We entered our domain for the license as domain.com and when we try to use it it says our key file is corrupt. We copied it out of the email and put a copy of it in pretty much every directory just to be sure.

    We are using it on www.domain.com/blog/ is that the problem? Are there any issues with virtual servers?

      Specifically I gt this error: ERROR: Message2: Your key corrupted. Please, purchase full license online at http://uusoftware.com/.


      Anyone?

          dont they have support? only support can help you about that if its a license issue

              Just found this thread. Unfortunately I didn't visit gfy much in August, but I'm almost everyday online on ICQ and help everybody who might have any questions. So it would be better to contact me using those numerous ways in contacts section at our site. I bet I would help you to make everything work fine in the first few minutes.

              But as far as I remember you just simply did upload the license key as it was mensioned in the manual.

                  Yah we sorted this out long ago. As I recall the problem was that there was a 0-byte copy of the license key in the distribution that must be overwritten. Uploading the key to your wp directory isn't enough.
