In addition to the incredible reporting changes that NETbilling has made in our admin upgrade last month including new graphical report, member retention reports and the ability to mark transactions as "chargebacks", we have now added an additonal report which will show you results and data based on your chageback entries. This new report can be found in the left administration area menu under Fraud Controls.
Based on your chargeback data entry and posting dates of those chargebacks, you will receive a detailed report showing chargebacks by card types and payment types which will be compared to overall transaction count and monthly processing volume, resulting in chargeback percentage of trasnactions and percentage of volume.

Netbilling offer the lowest processing rates in the industry. Through August 15, merchants who signup for ACH processing will avoid the usual $100 bank application fee. We charge only 5% and 25ยข for ACH processing. What are you payng with your current processor?
