I can't believe nobody recommended The Village People.
Accommodations should be cheap, you could put them up at the Y. |

Richard Marx might be good and cheap.
Dave from Dave Mathews Band. I have heard he does solo performances. Cyndi Lauper had a few good slow jams. REO Speedwagon couldn't be too expensive. Steve Winwood (Higher Love, Valerie) Bruce Hornsby (The the way it is) Hope that helps! Jim |
One more for tonite:
Lifehouse Jim |
TATA :thumbsup

Might be too pricey but Third Eye Blind are perfect...most of your guests won't notice the actual lyrics of their songs but their songs sound nice and romantic :1orglaugh

Don't forget that if you get a band, they are only going to play their songs and most bands don't have a ton of good songs that you want to hear all night. Just get a good cover band that can play lots of different songs by many different bands.
I would personally get classical music at my wedding, and then just a DJ for when we start getting drunker and want to dance to lame songs. Man, I love weddings. They are so damn fun. |
