Who's used them? Good? Bad? Indifferent?

I have too much going on at the moment to bring on in-house coder. However, I am in the process of both development of new mainstream sites, and buying existing sites. This means I have a need for a PROGRAMMER/designer for doing face lifts on sites I buy, and working on some of the new I am working on.

Before I get the spam...

Must be ENGLISH SPEAKING.
Must sign NDA
Must accept payments via PAYPAL (no epass, egold, etc.), WU, CC.
Must be able to finish on schedule.
Must have portfolio, and references.

That said, back on topic. Anyone had experience with coders from those sites? Eventually I would like to bring one inhouse, but right now I need to find some reliable, dependable, quality work.

This is for a PROGRAMMER and a designer. Not just the photochop tgp man.
