    I swear these guys should just close down the porn company and start a law firm.

    I found this part really funny
    Zada said Microsoft's search engine, as well as those of Google and Amazon.com, have caused his company to lose US$4 million a month.
    Now I may not be a big player and I definitely don't have inside information on the big companies in this biz, but my guess is that you could count the number of companies in online adult doing $4M a month or more on one hand (after said hand was involved in a really bad machete accident)

    $4M a month in $30 a month subscription increments is 4445 full monthly signups per day. (not trials, $30 full monthly signups)
    Yet perfect 10 claims that $4M a month is what they're losing solely because search engines make it easy for people to find their content for free.
    Ri-fucking-diculous.

    Now that I'm done I'm gonna sit here and wait for Perfect 10 to sue me for using their name in a thread title.

          I see so many threads anti Torrent and Megarotic type sites and wonder if those posting them think they make a jot of difference to the sites, other than giving them free advertising.

          The only way to stop people stealing content and profiting from it is to adopt the aggressive nature of Norman Zada. Sue sites that advertise, sites that link, promote or send SE traffic. A bit more effective than a thread on GFY, but a lot more expensive.

          As far as I know Perfect 10 have two full time lawyers on the staff. OK $4m may be a bit excessive, welcome to the US legal system.
