um. i hope this doesn't come across like me being a dick but there's no way that site converts and it damn sure doesn't retain the few people who may have signed up. Those galleries and that site have zero personality. It's just the same 2 graphics and the same 2 catch phrases repeated over and over. There is no mention on the tour what members get. Zero interaction with the model. There's no way a solo girl Non Nude site will convert without these elements.

You have a cute girl there. She deserves better. For a few hundred bucks you could get a nice tour, new logo and a handful of custom gallery templates instead of one cookie cutter design with only a text link.
