True, but it also has an affect on individuality and creativity. I do realize that even without uniforms, kids tend to dress the same anyways, but still. If some kid wants to wear his pants hanging off his ass, why should I care?

I'm sure the cops have better things to do that to patrol the streets looking for saggy pants.
