I'm looking to set up an EU company. I'm an USA resident. Can anyone recommend a company that can handle some of the paperwork and assist me in getting a legal EU company set up?

Each country has its own company types, I think there's no such thing as an "EU company"... a British Limited is probably the easiest to setup. -
be aware of building up an austrian company - we pay here more taxes than we even earn, just to buy some draken planes
