Again, not that he should have to explain his business to you...but I'm almost positive his program is a CCBill only program. So there's no need to people to be worried about getting paid.

Yeah, he felt the need to explain himself because you and others didn't seem to grasp the concept of the two people involved working it out. That was his decision. Leave it at that.
